Red Shoe Company is a collective which creates multi-genre events in venues ranging from traditional concert halls to gather spaces of all types. Founded in Ann Arbor, MI, RSC’s mission is to craft a new concert environment that degenrifies music, speaks to the needs of a modern audience, and encourages new ways of thinking about and acting on socio-cultural issues of our time.
RSC prioritizes multidisciplinary learning at all ages. We are excited to continue our "First Fridays" residency with the residents of the Sanctuary at St. Joseph's Village in Ypsilanti, MI as well as hold events for students before every concert. In December 2017, RSC was named a University of Michigan EXCELerator Fellow. We have also been featured at UM Collage and ArtsX Performances.
